Acquisition and facilitating the JV partnership for the residential development of 38-62 Yeoman's Row, Knightsbridge, SW3 (Known as Knighton Place).

The scheme consists of six luxury townhouses and five apartments across 35,000 sq ft with underground parking, terracing and spa facilities.

The expected target sale price ranges from £3,500-£4,500 per sq ft, completion in 2017.
