Your Search

Once your requirements have been clearly identified we will consult our extensive network of contacts, which include, estate agents, banks, developers and landlords in order to provide you with a precise list of selected properties available to you. Consequently we will arrange viewings of the selected properties at your convenience.


When the client has identified their preferred property, V2 will commence negotiations with the vendor on your behalf to secure the property on the most favorable terms and conditions.

These negotiations will include all elements of the property purchase, such as: Purchase price, & timetable, Planning issues, Tenure, Contractual issues, Fixtures, fittings and furniture

Legal Process & Possession

Once all terms and conditions of the property purchase have been finalised and agreed both parties will appoint their legal team (V2 is able to recommend a highly qualified firm of solicitors) to engage in the legal due diligence process.

V2 will manage the purchase process on your behalf to ensure a successful completion of the property transaction.
